Thus NO ACTION is taken after updating my primary keys columns.

Regards, Amit kumar sinha UPDATEs will be faster without keys but not having a primary key invites all kinds of issues when it comes time to actually make use of the data you are collecting.
But again technically on most of the major database server engines writing to the table will be slightly faster without keys since they will not exist to be updated/written to.
